There are apparently some plugins with WordPress that would allow me to have social media buttons on my weblet, but so far, I have not been able to get anything to work correctly. I’ve been trying to get a subscription button up and going and have struck out. So getting some social media “follow” buttons seems almost impossible right now!
I’m not a big social media person to begin with. In fact, I think that Facebook and Twitter can irritate our minds in ways that we don’t know is happening until we’re so depressed, nervous, or anxious that our quality of life has truly suffered.
However, I do like Pinterest. It may not appeal to a lot of people, but I find that looking at beautiful photos of items that I’m interested in actually helps calm me a bit and open my mind to the possibilities of what could be.
So with that, I’ve created some Unexpected Blueprint Pinterest boards for fashion, architecture and photography. The photography board is very light (one image) right now, but I’ll add to it over time. I don’t know how often I’ll add to these, but I’ll attempt to make some semi-regular additions. I will often browse Pinterest while I’m decompressing each night. Usually I’m adding to my personal boards, but I’ll switch over to these boards in order to keep them active.
